Why can't I access the mobile app?

The Senior Living Finder mobile app is only available for families who have already spoken to a Senior Living Advisor and received community referrals. 

If you already have an advisor, and you are unable to access your referred communities within the app, please contact your advisor directly. You will need to make sure you are using the same email address that is on file with A Place for Mom to access your account on the Senior Living Finder mobile app.
